To manage and coordinate all loading activities and documentation including liaise with internal and external stake holders to attain highest quality that meet customer expectation by efficient utilization of minimum cost and resources available. To ensure all logistic KPI's are met and take corrective action when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate data on logistic operations such as transportation movements for effective planning.
- Liaise with logistic provider to arrange for the right mode of transportation according to requirements.
- Plan and coordinate both internal and external transportation for timely arrival and departure according to schedule time.
- Deliver product on time to arrive at correct destination, as per customer's requirements.
- Consolidate shipment to various customers when necessary to ensure truck is fully utilized for cost effectiveness.
- Ensure transportation planning and execution is effective and efficient to optimize cost and timeliness of delivery.
- Supervise truck drivers to ensure collection of crates achieve the set target (97%) and incentivize drivers when appropriate.
- Review crate movement record to keep track of balance of the crates and monitor their condition.
- Ensure that potential hazards in the work are identified, reported, monitored and corrective actions taken promptly.
- To ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements to meet stringent quality expectations by customers.
- To continuously review and monitor the operation processes to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization.
- Coordinate and assist in training internal staff and new recruits as part of their development initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistic or any related courses.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience preferably in logistics/ warehouse.
- ** This position is based in Sitiawan, Perak and required to work on rotational shift (7am-4pm / 3pm-12am)**
