**JOB DESCRIPTION: SITE SUPERVISOR** **Responsibilities**: - Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met. Reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs; - Oversees all projects are carried out efficiently and properly by Site Leaders i.e. Assistant Project Managers, Senior Site Supervisors and Site Supervisors; - Overseeing and coordinate workers for smooth and proper implementation of development projects from inception to completion stage; - Supervise whole site activities including handling project planning, cost control, coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors; - Maintaining quality control procedures; - Monitor and control material usage at project site to achieve company's objective on "zero wastage"; - Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety; - Preparing Progress Report; - Attend site meeting, coordination meeting, progress meeting and other meeting where required; - Reporting to Operation Manager of any progress and site activities; - Troubleshooting and problem solving on matters related to site and documentation; - To undertake any or all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the supervisor; - To provide guidance and insight to upper management, purchasing department and procure buy-in; - To manage site & documentation on the inspection requirement with the client and consultant; - To delegate technical responsibilities; - Work closely with Superior during all phase’s development life cycle. **Requirements**: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree. A professional degree in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering would be preferred - At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in stone (marble/granite) works would be preferred however not mandatory. - Is Independent and has good organizational skills - Able to communicate and coordinate in a clear and organised manner with others - Responsible, Diligent and Honest - Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project Schedule & Auto Cad) - Must be able to speak and write in English Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Site Supervisor: 2 years (required)
