**Responsibilities**:
1.Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies for Dara Trading's products.

2.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop attractive product displays and promotional materials.

3.Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, placement, and presentation.

4.Ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment to maintain product freshness and quality.

5.Analyze sales data and consumer trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and positioning.

6.Implement pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with the sales team.

7.Monitor competitor activities and pricing to identify market trends and opportunities.

8.Conduct product training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

9.Work closely with retailers and distributors to optimize product visibility and shelf space.

10.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate inventory management and timely product deliveries.

11.Collect and analyze feedback from customers and store staff to improve product presentation and performance.

12.Recommend product packaging and labeling improvements to enhance product appeal.

13.Assist in the development of marketing materials such as product catalogs and brochures.

14.Conduct regular market visits to assess customer preferences and gather market intelligence.

15.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products and resolve any supply chain issues.

16.Participate in trade shows and events to showcase Dara Trading's products and gather market insights.

17.Prepare and present merchandising reports to the management team.

18.Monitor and manage product returns or quality issues in collaboration with the quality control team.

19.Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences related to burgers, minced meat, and meatballs.

20.Continuously optimize merchandising strategies based on sales performance and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years of related working experience.
- Need to travel Local and OUTSTATION.
- Must possess own transport.
- Multi-lingual is preferable.
- Self-motivated & work independently.
- Able to speak Malay and English.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
