**Key Responsibilities**:
**Retail Merchandising**:

- Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, price labeling, and stock rotation in assigned retail outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stock-outs or excess.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand consistency and shelf presence.

**Sales & Promotion Execution**:

- Implement and support in-store promotions and visibility drives.
- Build strong working relationships with store staff to gain product support and placement.
- Track outlet sales performance and share insights for improvement.

**Event Management - Baby Fairs & Roadshows**:

- Act as the main PIC for all baby fairs, roadshows, and brand activation events in the Southern region.
- Oversee planning, booth setup, stock planning, manpower coordination, and on-site execution.
- Engage directly with consumers and represent the brand professionally at public events.
- Ensure post-event reporting and performance reviews are completed accurately and timely.

**Market Feedback & Reporting**:

- Monitor competitor activities, product pricing, and consumer trends.
- Prepare weekly reports including merchandising updates, store visit photos, and event outcomes.

**Travel Requirement**:

- Travel within **Johor, Melaka** and **occasional travel to Singapore** upon request (passport required).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, event coordination, or retail sales.
- Prior experience in **baby fairs, trade events, or FMCG/Mother & Baby** retail environment is highly advantageous.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license; able to travel independently.
- Good communication and people skills, with a positive and dependable work attitude.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and mobile reporting tools (Excel, Google Forms, WhatsApp, photo uploads).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
