**Responsibilities**:
**1. Programming & Debugging**:
R Develop and optimize CNC machining programs based on part drawings and process requirements.

R Debug programs on machines to ensure accurate tool paths and cutting parameters.

**2. Machining Operations**:
R Operate CNC machines to perform milling, drilling, boring, and tapping tasks.

R Ensure machining quality, maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

**3. Equipment Maintenance**:
R Conduct daily maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and component inspection.

R Identify and report equipment abnormalities and assist in troubleshooting.

**4. Quality Control**:
R Perform first-piece inspection, in-process checks, and final inspection using measuring tools.

R Analyze and address nonconformities with corrective actions

**5. Coordination & Support**:
R Assist engineers in optimizing machining processes and participating in new product trials.

R Communicate tooling and fixture needs with the procurement team.

R Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.

**Job Requirements：**

1. Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Technology, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Skill Requirement:
R Proficient in operating common CNC control systems such as Fanuc and Mitsubishi.

R Expertise in CNC programming, with strong command of G-code and M-code.

R Familiar with at least one CAD/CAM software.

R in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for precise dimension measurement.

R Understanding of CNC machine structure and electrical principles, with basic troubleshooting skills.

3. Work Experience:
R Basic English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

R Ability to communicate with local colleagues, suppliers, and customers in Malaysia and read English technical documents.

4. Other Requirements:
R Detail-oriented, responsible, and precise in work execution.

R Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

R Adaptable to the working environment and culture in Malaysia, with a commitment to local laws and regulations.

**岗位职责**

1. **编程与调试**：依据零件图纸和工艺要求，编写或优化CNC加工程序，在机床调试程序，确保加工路径、切削参数准确无误 。

2. **加工操作**：操作CNC机床，完成各类零件铣削、钻孔、镗孔、攻丝等加工任务，严格把控加工质量，保证尺寸精度和表面粗糙度符合要求 。

3. **设备维护**：执行CNC机床日常维护保养，如清洁、润滑、部件检查等；及时发现并报告设备异常，协助维修人员进行故障排除 。

4. **质量控制**：使用量具对加工零件进行首件检测、过程抽检和完工全检，对不合格品分析原因，采取改进措施 。

5. **协助与沟通**：协助工程师优化加工工艺，参与新产品试制；与采购部门沟通，反馈刀具、夹具需求；与生产部门协调，确保生产计划顺利进行 。

**岗位要求**

1. **学历与专业**：机械工程、数控技术、机电一体化等相关专业，中专及以上学历 。

2. **技能要求**：熟练操作常见CNC控制系统，如发那科、三菱等；精通CNC编程，能熟练运用G代码、M代码进行编程，熟悉至少一种CAD/CAM软件；熟练使用卡尺、千分尺等量具，能精准测量零件尺寸；了解CNC机床机械结构、电气原理，具备基本故障排查能力。

3. **工作经验**：有2 - 5年CNC技术员工作经验，熟悉金属、塑料等材料加工特性 。应届毕业生若有丰富实习或项目经验，可适当放宽要求。

4. **语言能力**：具备基本的英语听说读写能力，能够与马来西亚当地同事、供应商及客户进行简单沟通，阅读英文技术文档 。

5. **其他要求**：工作严谨细致，有责任心；具备良好团队协作精神；适应马来西亚工作环境和文化，遵守当地法律法规。

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
