Job description

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, gaining testimonials or feedback

2. Ensuring the renewals contracts are sent in timely manner, and ensure payment were made before the subscription ends

3. Approaching existing clients for referrals

4. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate

5. Develop and maintain good customer relations to actively cross-sell emerging products and solutions

6. Maintain proper documentations for safekeeping and audit purposes

7. Meticulous and follow the given processes properly

8. Comfortable in helping customers with complaints and questions

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Degree holder in any field, preferably hospitality background.

2. Strong English language capability

3. Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

4. Able to work independently

5.Strong time management skill

6. Strong team player

7. Results-oriented and customer-focused Training and allowance will be provided

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
