- Position: Client Strategy Manager
- Location: Hybrid (2 to 3 days WFO) – Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley
- Type: Full-time
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own end-to-end accountability for high-value client accounts, ensuring sustained growth, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
- Develop and drive strategic account plans tailored to client business goals and aligned with internal capabilities.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities that drive revenue expansion.
- Partner with Sales/BD to co-create commercial strategies, pricing, and proposals that reflect client needs and internal margin targets.
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for key clients; trusted advisor, not just project coordinator.
- Anticipate client needs, navigate ambiguity, and proactively offer solutions that add strategic value.
- Track and report account health, usage metrics, and satisfaction KPIs; initiate recovery plans when needed.
- Act as the voice of the client internally; mobilising Tech, Ops, and Product teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure a seamless client experience and timely issue resolution
- Build and maintain scalable workflows for client onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Identify process gaps or risks and lead initiatives to enhance client servicing and team efficiency
- Mentor associates, modeling high standards in client comms, prioritisation, and problem-solving.
- Lead by example in upholding client-centric values, structured thinking, and solution-oriented execution.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management Lead, Client Strategy, or B2B relationship management, ideally in fast-paced or digital-first environments.
- Experienced in leading high-performing teams to achieve growth targets and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Proven track record of owning and growing strategic client accounts, including renewals, upsells, and cross-functional delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client satisfaction and business profitability.
- Bonus if you've worked in healthcare, digital health or B2B SaaS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to confidently manage C-level stakeholders and lead complex conversations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Tech, Ops, Product, BD) to drive client outcomes and operational alignment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate client data and engagement metrics into strategic insights.
- A strong bias to action, with a passion for driving meaningful change and results
- Highly organised and proactive, with a bias for problem-solving and ownership.
