Job Overview:
This role supports the development and execution of brand strategy and identity across current and emerging sub-brands within the organization. The position involves close collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across global markets. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping a cohesive brand architecture and lead the effective rollout of sub-brands and ecosystem partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and steering brand strategies for existing and new sub-brands to enhance messaging, perception, and consistency.
- Define, socialize, and manage brand identity and persona across all sub-brands.
- Support the implementation of a structured brand management framework, including architecture, identity, persona, and strategy.
- Onboard new ecosystem partners while maintaining brand consistency globally.
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong working relationships across the KIAN ecosystem.
- Collaborate with local and global marketing teams to ensure effective brand execution and activation.
- Oversee the planning and execution of sub-brand launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing communications (experience with sub-brands or multi-brand portfolios is a plus).
- Good know-how and understanding of brand and marketing strategies with creative direction.
- Strong leadership, communication and collaborative skills.
- Adept creative-mind, keeping up with trends and to be adaptive to changes in the market.
- Proactive, result-driven and a problem solver.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mind in deciphering data related to public perception towards the brand/organization.
- Adept in planning long term branding goals and strategies.
