We simplify complex financial services through technology — from custom APIs to advanced data systems — enabling seamless access for users who previously found financial products difficult to understand.
As BJAK continues expanding in Malaysia and across the region, we are looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, strengthen market presence, and ensure consistent and impactful brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with BJAK's business objectives.
Define brand positioning, values, and messaging to differentiate BJAK in the market.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, offline, and product experiences.
2. Market Research & Consumer Insight
Conduct market and competitor research to understand trends, customer behavior, and opportunities.
Translate insights into actionable strategies to strengthen brand performance.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and monitor brand campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, design) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee creation of promotional assets, co-branded content, and activation materials.
4. Product & Internal Collaboration
Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure new and existing products align with brand strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key brand metrics (brand awareness, equity, campaign ROI) and provide insights to senior management.
Evaluate brand initiatives and recommend improvements for optimization.
6. Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors to support brand initiatives.
Represent BJAK at industry events and partnership meetings to increase brand visibility.
Have 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Are skilled in brand strategy, consumer insights, and market analysis.
Can think creatively and strategically while keeping execution practical and results-driven.
Are confident leading campaigns, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Are familiar with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace autonomy.
