Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead the product and brand management function across multiple FMCG brands. This role will be responsible for driving overall category growth, managing a team of product managers/product executives, and liaising closely with principals and sales teams to achieve commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, market insight, and execution capabilities within the FMCG or distribution environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic marketing and product plans for multiple brands to achieve business goals in terms of revenue, market share, and profitability.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of executives. Provide guidance on performance goals, career development, and operational execution.Own and drive brand positioning, pricing strategies, and go -to -market initiatives in collaboration with principals and internal stakeholders.Serve as the key liaison with brand principals. Ensure alignment with global/regional brand strategies while tailoring local implementation for optimal market fit.Work closely with the sales team to support brand/product messaging, develop promotional toolkits, and drive effective in -market activation.Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination with principals to ensure timely product availability. Manage A&P and ensure spending is within approved budgets.Continuously monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities. Translate insights into actionable strategies and tactical initiatives.Analyze and report on brand and team performance metrics. Recommend corrective actions to meet or exceed KPIs. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably with exposure to both brand and trade/channel management.At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership or managerial role.Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in driving brand growth and profitability.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data -driven decisions.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with analytics/reporting tools is a plus.Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast -paced environment.
