As the Brand Content Manager, you will be responsible for the overall digital brand identity consumers’ experience with Colgate-Palmolive brands in the South ASEAN Hub (SAH). With a deep and broad understanding of impactful digital branded content, this role will develop, implement and manage brand and marketing campaigns that promote our range of best-in-class oral care, home care & personal care brands across the hub.
**What you will do**
- Deliver overall and integrated content strategy and execution plan for the consumer journey in the digital commerce landscape.
- Lead planning, designing, creating, editing, and publishing relevant content based on the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Guide content agencies and 3rd party platforms on execution and liaise with media agencies to deliver fit for platform content against consumer experience touchpoints: Social, Ecommerce, Website, CRM and other emerging touchpoints.
- Collaborate across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
- Lead a team of internal content specialists and design team to conceptualize and deliver adapted and transcreated, fit for platform content in the digital commerce landscape.
Gatekeep SAH branded social media accounts, internal website and other branded platforms and also ensure brand safety and GDPR compliance.
- Relationship management for emerging 3rd party partnerships relevant to content optimisation and data driven marketing.
- Lead emerging capability thought leadership
- Social Commerce, CRM, D2C
- Codification of effective content analytics, and scale to other SAH markets and division and global counterparts.
- Lead influencer strategy and relationships through agencies.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, key KPIs include digital media metrics
- CTR, VTR, CPC, CPM, content effectiveness, web traffic/engagement and dollar efficiencies from optimisation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or another related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in brand content/ SEO development, related to digital marketing/ eCommerce
- Understanding of user experience (UX), information architecture and content structures, brand contents implementation
- Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively explain and demonstrate digital content marketing effectiveness
- Experience working in SEO, keywords optimization, SKU/ product description - on eCommerce platform is plus
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and brand communications and deploy into eCommerce platforms
- Compelling portfolio of distinctive work that spans brand communications and storytelling across a range of ecommerce platforms
- Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
- Project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement.
