We're looking for an experienced Content Producer to join our growing team—someone with the perfect blend of creative instinct, craft scroll-stopping content, strong operational chops to bring content ideas to life from concept to completion— across digital, social, and experiential across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:


• Lead content ideation and production strategy across brand campaigns and client projects.


• Work closely with the Creative, Account Management, and teams to conceptualize content that complements campaign objectives and channel strategy.


• Plan, manage, and oversee content production schedules—across photo, video, animation, social snippets, and short-form storytelling.


• Coordinate with clients, internal creatives, external partners, talents, and production crews to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all content assets.


• Attend on-ground shoots and experiential activations to supervise content direction and ensure brand integrity throughout the production process.


• Develop pre-screen ideations, storyboards and relevant production to post plans in collaboration with creative, production team and editors.


• Maintain high standards of quality, brand alignment, and creative execution across all deliverables.


• Monitor content performance, repurpose winning content, and continuously optimize storytelling formats for better audience resonance as part of the professional values to key clients.


• Stay ahead of digital and social content trends to propose fresh and relevant content opportunities for clients and campaigns.

Qualifications:


• 3–5 years of proven experience in a creative agency, production house, or in-house content studio.


• Strong knowledge of content development across digital and experiential platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.)


• Solid understanding of the end-to-end production process—pre-production, shooting, and post-production.


• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight timelines.


• Experience working with cameras, lighting setups, or directing talent is a plus.


• Proficient in visual and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)


• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail.


• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also self-motivated and deadline driven.
