**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Creative Content & Video Producer** with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design and video production. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s vision. From creating scroll-stopping social media videos to polished corporate films, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for video and digital content
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms (social media, websites, ads)
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and messaging
- Manage end-to-end video production, including pre-production, filming, post-production, and editing
- Stay up to date with the latest content trends, tools, and techniques
- Collaborate with influencers, talent, and other external partners to create engaging content
- Oversee multiple projects and manage deadlines effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video production, content creation, and editing (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong knowledge of content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, XHS)
- Ability to tell compelling stories visually, with strong editing and pacing skills
- Experience in camera operation, lighting, sound, and all aspects of video production
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly to new trends

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in a marketing or digital agency
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Animation or motion graphics experience

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
