**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overseeing development and optimisation of the Creative team.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Managing and keeping track of team members’ daily activities to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensuring the team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, as well as proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations.
- Providing strategic counsel in creative planning, development, and overall strategies. for different projects including social media management, integrated digital campaigns, and other key initiatives.
- Collaborating with Account Management, Content, and Tech teams to conceptualise and develop creative executions.
- Analysing market trends, consumer needs, the competitive landscape, and tracking campaign performance.
- Overseeing all digital creative-related projects and deliverables to ensure quality, clarify, and consistency.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership capacity in an agency environment.
- An impressive portfolio that showcases your strengths and demonstrates your experience in building brands.
- A digital-first mindset and extensive knowledge of digital marketing and advertising concepts and executions, including but not limited to social media, digital ads, and campaigns. Knowledge in data will be of added value.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated track record of managing a team in achieving its goals.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of additional skills such as HTML5, motion graphics, or animation will be a plus.
- Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle and prioritise multiple projects while ensuring timelines stay on track.
- Ability to thrive in a face-paced and continuously evolving environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, innovative, and detail-oriented.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM5,000 - RM7,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
B-2-5, Pacific Place Commercial Center,
Jalan PJU 1A/4, Ara Damansara,
47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
