The Role & Responsibilities:

We're on the hunt for a creative all-rounder who can define our brand and make it impossible to ignore. This role is for someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes visual storytelling, video, and scroll-stopping campaigns and knows how to get them in front of the right people. You'll be the brains and hands behind our brand look and feel, producing video, social content, and creative campaigns that make people pause, watch, and act.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand & Creative

  • Own Versa's brand identity, voice, and messaging across all channels.

  • Lead concepting and production of videos, social content, and campaign visuals.
  • Ensure brand consistency with product, growth, and design teams.

  • Content Production & PR

  • Produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), social posts, and graphics.

  • Manage PR initiatives: press releases, media outreach, and brand partnerships.
  • Repurpose content across channels while keeping brand intact.
  • Create briefs and storyboards for campaigns.

  • Campaign Execution & Amplification

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social, awareness campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

  • Track campaign metrics and adjust for reach, engagement, and ROI.

  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor content and PR performance, using insights to iterate and scale high-performing campaigns.


Job Requirements
  • 3–6 years in brand marketing, content creation, or creative production
  • Proven experience producing video and social content (portfolio required)
  • Strong visual storytelling and ability to own end-to-end campaigns
  • Creative self-starter who can juggle multiple projects
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and social ad platforms

  • Preferred:

  • Startup or high-growth experience

  • Experience with KOLs/influencers and PR/media relations
