**About You**
Develop highly engaging content to grow Carsome's audiences on social media. Ultimately, the role will deliver an improvement of brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms and be able to report on the trends and performance of social media and how it should be adjusted.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Develop new and creative static and video content to grow Carsome's social media pages in support of Carsome's always-on and campaign content strategy.
- Be one of the faces on Carsome's social media pages to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness, follower growth and sales conversion.
- Work alongside department stakeholders to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends such as but not limited to news, memes, celebrities, music, etc and find stylish and dynamic ways to promote the brand offerings and ethos.
- Provide support and guidance to the social media executives, while ensuring all content delivered is streamlined in quality, format, brand voice, among other brand guidelines.
- Provide social media support for relevant marketing departments according to goals aligned, as and when required.
- Prepare monthly reports to give insights on trends, best/worst performing content to support always-on and campaign social media ideation, planning and execution.
- Perform other job tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
**Your Know-How**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-year experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Must be proficient in English. Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Ability to identify social media trends and preferences among target audiences.
- Attention to details, strategic thinking and highly responsible.
- Able to work well with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
