Role Overview: Lead and manage key brands to drive growth, market share, and profitability. This role combines strategic planning with hands -on execution to strengthen brand equity and deliver business results. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute annual marketing plans and long -term brand strategies to deliver business targets.Oversee the full spectrum of brand management, including market research, pricing, volume planning, innovation, promotions, media, and P&L performance.Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including new product launches and product renovations, managing the entire NPD process from concept to execution.Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and market trends to guide strategic decisions.Represent the voice of the consumer in all brand activities and ensure brand initiatives align with market realities.Utilize data analytics and insights tools (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen) to evaluate performance and support strategic decision -making.Prepare sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and performance reports.Monitor sales, revenue, and expenditure to ensure efficient use of marketing resources and achievement of targets.Ensure timely and on -budget execution of all marketing initiatives while meeting brand KPIs and A&P targets.Manage all consumer communication touchpoints, including advertising, packaging design, media planning, promotions, POS materials, and digital content.Lead the creative development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.Collaborate closely with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies to design and deliver effective brand activations.Work cross -functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry; experience in Food & Beverage brands is highly preferred.Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands -on marketing execution.Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data interpretation; familiarity with Kantar or Nielsen tools is an advantage.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work across all organizational levels.Forward -thinking, resourceful, and up to date with the latest marketing trends and industry developments.
