Brand Manager

Role Overview:
Lead and manage key brands to drive growth, market share, and profitability. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to strengthen brand equity and deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute annual marketing plans and long-term brand strategies to deliver business targets.
- Oversee the full spectrum of brand management, including market research, pricing, volume planning, innovation, promotions, media, and P&L performance.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including new product launches and product renovations, managing the entire NPD process from concept to execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Represent the voice of the consumer in all brand activities and ensure brand initiatives align with market realities.
- Utilize data analytics and insights tools (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen) to evaluate performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and expenditure to ensure efficient use of marketing resources and achievement of targets.
- Ensure timely and on-budget execution of all marketing initiatives while meeting brand KPIs and A&P targets.
- Manage all consumer communication touchpoints, including advertising, packaging design, media planning, promotions, POS materials, and digital content.
- Lead the creative development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies to design and deliver effective brand activations.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry; experience in Food & Beverage brands is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on marketing execution.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data interpretation; familiarity with Kantar or Nielsen tools is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
- Forward-thinking, resourceful, and up to date with the latest marketing trends and industry developments.
