Looking for a Senior Brand Executive/Assistant Brand Manager to join a Global FMCG company based in Shah Alam

Your new company
An exciting role has opened up for either a Senior Brand Executive or Assistant Brand Manager position at this Global FMCG powerhouse that carries iconic and household brands familiar amongst all Malaysians. They specialise within the Food & Beverage category and this particular brand is mature, established and has a very strong connection with the Malaysian consumers.

Your new role
We are looking for someone who is excited and passionate about driving growth and elevating brands. We need someone who can balance creativity with being data-driven to lead marketing campaigns that will bring positive impact to the brand and organisation. We have a strong appetite to be a brand that is loud, engaging, relevant to the modern and young generation and serve them better

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of brand marketing experience within the FMCG industry is a MUST
  • Strong project management and coordination capabilities to manage different campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels
  • You will need to be analytical and data driven to develop brand and marketing campaigns that will help elevate the brand and drive revenue
  • Experienced in planning, managing and executing 360 brand marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels

  • Strong stakeholder management experience working with both internal and external stakeholders (agency, trade marketing, NPD/innovation team and etc.) as well as strong ability for project management

  • Monitor latest market trends and develop campaigns to constantly be relevant and drive brand and revenue growth

What you'll need to succeed

  • WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES with Bachelor's degree in Business administration, marketing or related field

with minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience within the FMCG industry only
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa for stakeholder management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholder
