We are looking for a proactive and organized Video Operations Manager to lead our in-house video team.

This role involves managing production schedules, improving video performance, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality content and effective branding strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the video team — assign tasks, schedule projects, and monitor completion
  • Analyze video performance data to improve engagement, branding, and visibility
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost brand exposure and viewer retention
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and enhance brand impact

Requirements:

  • roven experience in video production, content operations, or project management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Passionate about video content, branding, and digital marketing
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
