Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and optimal performance. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing operational processes, improving operational systems, managing budgets, and establishing effective communication channels. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are executed on time and addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Operational Management, Process Improvement, and Budget Management skills
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Experience in overseeing and managing various projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Strong knowhow on warehouse and factory Automation
