About the Role

Our client is seeking a
Senior Manager, Facilities Management
to lead and optimize facility operations across multiple outlets. This strategic leadership role will focus on establishing effective processes, preventive maintenance programs, vendor management systems, and sustainability initiatives to ensure smooth, cost-efficient, and compliant facility performance across all locations.

You will partner closely with the
VP of Design, Build & Maintenance
, and play a key role in ensuring every facility delivers top-notch operational standards, safety compliance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilities Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple retail and F&B outlets.
  • Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs for equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with local safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

2. Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Ensure vendors meet quality, budget, and timeline standards.

3. Facility Design & Space Planning

  • Collaborate on remodeling and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with design, cost, and timeline targets.
  • Optimize space utilization to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

4. Budget & Cost Management

  • Prepare and monitor facilities budgets and capital expenditure.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and energy efficiency improvements.

5. Sustainability & ESG Initiatives

  • Implement green building and LEED-based initiatives.
  • Promote recycling, energy conservation, and waste management best practices.

6. Team Leadership & Compliance

  • Lead and develop a team of executives and managers.
  • Conduct safety drills, inspections, and ensure documentation readiness for audits or local compliance checks.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Certifications in energy management or sustainability (e.g.,
    LEED
    ) are advantageous.

Experience

  • 7–10 years
    of experience in facilities management or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years
    in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing
    multi-location F&B, retail, or chain operations
    .
  • Strong experience in managing large teams, budgets, vendors, and compliance standards.

Preferred

  • Background from
    fast-growing or MNC
    companies.
  • Familiar with
    Lark
    system for communication and project coordination.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
