Job Title: Facilities Technician (HVAC or Electrical)

Job Location: Serendah Industrial Park, Rawang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain equipment daily, following schedules.
  • Check equipment for faults and fix simple issues quickly.
  • Report serious problems or risks to supervisors.
  • Suggest ways to improve equipment performance.
  • Keep accurate records of work done.
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors on time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience maintaining electrical systems or power equipment or HVAC systems.
  • Know how to work with motors, compressors, chillers, pumps, AC systems, and power units.
  • Careful, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
  • Willing to solve problems and work efficiently.
