Responsibilities

  1. To conduct operational audit for all factories of Top Glove Group of Companies, including glove manufacturing factories and non-glove manufacturing factories across South East Asia.
  2. To add value and improve productivity of the operation by focusing on key process and internal control that may cause wastages and losses of resources, then recommend improvement plans or correction.
  3. To highlight wastages and losses created during production by auditee;
  4. To suggest improvement of operation productivity and efficiency by making inter-factory comparisons in terms of procedures and controls;
  5. Conduct audit according to the audit checklist on the checking criteria for every department in the factory.
  6. Prepare and improve audit procedure by collecting, analyzing and summarizing past operating information and audit reports;
  7. Ensure the compliance of every process flow in production factory with the established standard of procedures (SOP);
  8. To collect proofs and evidences during visual audit by taking photos or video in order to provide a complete and clear statement in the audit report;
  9. Calculate the estimated losses or wastages for every department of each factory using the standard calculation formula;
  10. Draft audit reports with estimated wastages, findings and observations, as well as highlighting the non-conformances found during the audit with evidence.
  11. Follow up with the auditee on the corrective and preventive action taken based on the NCs listed in the audit report within 1 month and verify the effectiveness of the actions taken;
  12. Write good reports (compact and informative) on every investigation carried out to be sent to the top management

Qualifications

  1. At least a Degree or 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  3. Proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics.
  4. No allergic to dust or chemicals.
  5. An independent and result-oriented individual with the ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision as well a team player.
  6. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  7. Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Membership of an appropriate professional body would be advantageous
