Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and scale our core operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and capable of building operational structure in a fast-moving crypto environment. While this is primarily an operations role, a basic understanding of financial-industry compliance is needed to ensure operations align with regulatory expectations.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations

to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution across all business workflows.
- Build scalable processes

and operational frameworks that support rapid growth and high-volume activity.
- Develop, refine, and maintain
operational documentation

including SOPs, policies, workflows, and reports.
- Lead cross-functional projects

with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support to roll out new operational systems and improvements.
- Use data to
monitor performance metrics

, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous operational improvement.
- Strengthen relationships with vendors, partners, service providers

, and other business stakeholders.
- Support new product launches, market expansions, and operational readiness for new initiatives.
- Foster a
culture of accountability, transparency, and execution excellence

within the operations team.
- Coordinate with Compliance on
basic operational controls

(e.g., onboarding checks, documentation standards, workflow alignment) without being compliance-heavy.
- Ensure operations remain aligned with
industry standards and risk-aware practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance

Business

Operations Management

, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of operations experience

, with
2+ years in a managerial role

within fintech, crypto, or banking.
- Professional fluency in
English and Chinese

(written & spoken).
- Proven ability to manage
vendors/partners

and deliver measurable

financial compliance principles

(KYC/AML, risk controls) and experience working with
Compliance teams

- Strong understanding of
