We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales & Operations Manager to lead our new Confinement Centre. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional service for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, hospitals, and referral partners.
  • Monitor budgets, reports, and overall performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of management experience in hospitality, healthcare, or confinement services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
