Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Overseeing Daily Operations:
  • Managing and coordinating various operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Resource Management:
  • Managing resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to achieve operational goals.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensuring that products and services meet quality standards and implementing quality control measures.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Leading and motivating teams to achieve operational objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to support the overall business goals.
  • Budget Management:
  • Managing and controlling operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges.
  • Reporting:
  • Preparing and presenting reports on operational performance and key metric

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • 2 year experience in Business Management.
  • Previously worked in Marine or Logistics Companies will be a benefit.

Salary:

RM4500 per month (3 month probation)
