Job Summary

We are looking for an Operation Executive to oversee daily retail operations across multiple outlets. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, strong customer service, and achievement of sales and KPI targets through effective leadership, staff development, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Store/Area Managers to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Monitor store performance, ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Lead training, coaching, and motivation for store teams to improve performance.
  • Oversee stock control, reduce stock loss, and ensure accurate HR/payroll reporting.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure high standards of service and operation.
  • Review operational and financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with managers on updates, promotions, and feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or higher, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in retail management or operations.
  • Proven experience in store supervision, inventory control, and POS system operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and time management abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required.
