Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Target Achievement


• Achieve model and yearly sales targets.


• Meet model-specific and total order-taking targets.


• Ensure wholesale stock purchases are completed within the required timeframe.


• Achieve monthly targets for new and renewal insurance.

2. Stock & Order Management


• Manage total group stock effectively.


• Ensure aging orders are cleared as per benchmark and update status in the system.


• Support outlets in proper stock planning aligned with yearly targets.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting


• Prepare and analyze daily reports for sales for top management.


• Monitor outlet performance on a weekly and monthly basis.


• Identify problems, collect data, and provide effective management information and reports.

4. Outlet Support & Customer Satisfaction


• Handle and attend to outlet inquiries and feedback.


• Support outlet processes to ensure smooth operations.


• Ensure Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets are achieved.


• Facilitate requests and feedback between outlets and Toyota HQ.


• Visit outlets to ensure efficient management and high-performance sales.

5. Performance Solutions & Strategy


• Provide timely and effective solutions to address performance issues.


• Maintain sales advisor performance and productivity.


• Participate in sales strategy planning and forecasting.


• Ensure all sales advisors fully utilize the digital management system.

6. Ad-Hoc Duties


• Perform other relevant assignments as required according to business needs.

Qualifications for Regional Operation Executive

1.     Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

2.     Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations.

3.     Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) with strong writing skills.

4.     Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.

5.     Positive and proactive attitude towards work.

6.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external

stakeholders.

7.     Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude towards work responsibilities.

8.     Strong logical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities; organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
