To maintain a great number of students from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus and maintain communication accordingly.
- To maintain and provide strength to Bright Language Center s brand position in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus.
- To develop and supervise Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus marketing budget to maintain and recruit high number of students recruited yearly to the school.
- To review and develop all other opportunities for the continuous growth of the company.
- To develop and maintain effective partnerships with both existing and new corporate partners, current and prospective clients.
- To stat appropriately networked and keep abreast of trends, news, events such as education fair, education presentations so that all possible, new or enhanced opportunities are exploited.
- To develop strong social media for Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus market to maintain the strong position of BRIGHT’s brand in the market.
- To develop different marketing strategies to maximize the effectiveness of sales through collaboration with partners over the Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus countries
- Closely work with regional sales team to explore the real marketing demand
- To planning, develop, and implement effective sales plan in targeting potential key regional partners in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus market.
- To prepare monthly and quarterly sales report for business review.
- To ensure work is conducted within the context of the overall governance and management of BRIGHT’s strategy and its annual plan and long-term strategy.
- To ensure that the projects are managed cost effectively and to a high quality, meeting the needs of the targeted group and the strategic focus of the company.
- Setting up marketing strategies and meeting up the target
- To call new opportunities assigned daily.
- Other activities to be responsible:

- 1. Building an internal marketing system

2. Website management

3. Copy writing and content management.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
