**Vacancy: Customer Service-Native/Non-Native Russian**
Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia.
Languages:Native or Non-native Russian + English (B2)
**Salary**: RM7700 + KPI - up to RM300 + night shift allowance
Headcount: 10
Joining: End of October
Work Hour: Mon-Fri between 8 pm to 8 am MYT(BTW April to Sept).
Mon-Sun 9 pm to 9 am MYT -due to daylight saving(BTW Oct to March)

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors Degree holder
- Min 6 months exp in customer service
- Healthcare exp in an advantage
- Good English communications skills (this is required as they will be speaking in English + Russian)
**Note**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Take call and provide accurate answers to customer queries.
- Delivery excellent customer support & services and always offering patient assistance.
- Respond to customer’s inquiries over knowledge acquired through training (client product, continuous improvement, and refresher courses).
- Deliver customers support & services effectively through active communications.
- Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.
- Adhere to given works roster including but not limited to weekends, public holidays, split off and rest day due to business requirement.
- Adhere to Call flow procedure & Processes as well as requirement of Quality Assurance.
- Abide to De-escalation processesthat involve dissatisfied customers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months’ relevant working experience in voice channel support in customer services
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong in communication skill in oral & written, deliver active listening and able to articulate step by step problem solving.
- Proficient in Russin and English is a must
- Always perform duty in professional manner
- To demonstrate willingness and effort to offer help needed to customer and peers with respect
- Being attentive during training & call handling
- Equipped with negotiation skills and able to handle difficult customer over the phone calls.
- Proficient in general computer knowledge & skills.
- Always acknowledge and deliver response to Team leader orsupervisor.
- Flexible and quickly adapt to new processes and information changes.
- Discipline, Mature, Positive Thinking, Friendly Personality and Willing to offer help
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
