Job description
- **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential customers, delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation**: Discuss and finalize terms of sales and service agreements with clients.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Gather customer feedback, address concerns, and promptly resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the product development and purchasing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- **Sales Administration**: Manage all sales-related matters, including quotations, sales processing, invoicing, and payment collections.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.
- **Team Support**: Assist with additional tasks as needed by management.

**Requirement**
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required.
- **Personal Qualities**: We're looking for individuals who are proactive, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have strong organizational and communication abilities.
- **Work Style**: Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and a willingness to learn and grow.
- **Mobility**: Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Mandarin is advantage
- **Experience Level**: At least 1 year sales proven track record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,783.03 per month
