Key responsibilities in Sales 1. Customer Service: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly. 2. Sales Support: - Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and contracts. - Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review. - Have to participate all events that have been schedule. - Available for domestic and international travel and events - Build meaningful connections with potential and existing customers. 3. Administrative Tasks: - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team. - Prepare and distribute sales documents, presentations, and correspondence. - Assist any ad-hock task requirement from others department. - Administrative support to the sales team, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 5. Communication: - Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service. - Communicate effectively with internal and external customer. 6. Online Marketing Platform: - To manage online marketing platform including Shopee, Tik Tok, FB, Instagram.
