- Job Purpose- To maintain effective systems and processes for documents in/out of the Country Manager (CM) office.-
- Ensure that all key documents in/out of CM’s office are attended to, well-kept, and easily accessible.
To understudy and assist Lead Advisor in a variety of tasks related to effective and efficient Country Manager’s Office.
To be a secondary focal point of contact in the Country Manager's Office.
To participate actively in all discussions, to show commitment, enthusiasm, and a desire to assume responsibility when given the opportunity.
To keep in close communication with Immediate Supervisor, to agree on objectives, solutions, and strategies together, and to report back in a timely manner.
- Key Accountabilities-
- Perform various of duties that generally involve planning, coordinating, and managing schedules, meetings or other corporate activities.
Ensure proper recording of important documents on the electronic filing system.
Maintain an organized archive that allows for easy retrieval of necessary documents.
Assist in prioritizing/filtering documents based on urgency and impact.
Assist in the coordination of memos out of CM’s office including but not limited to CM’s speech, townhall events, etc.
Assist in review coordination and creation of a system for CM’s easy review and approval.
Assist in the management of documents in CM’s office including but not limited to distribution and alert.
Assist in intelligence on special issues or research for the Country Manager
Assist in securing information/data across the organization relevant to CM’s requests.
- Additional Desirable Qualification
- A proper Country Manager Office structure is needed to support the Country Manager as the COMPANY has 11 PSCs with active production, development, and exploration in all blocks.
- Documents going in and out of the CM office currently are not necessarily easily accessible when needed, so a dedicated associate is needed to help manage this.
- An understudy is needed to be trained by Lead Advisor - CMO for succession planning and support continuity
- Assistance to Lead Advisor to manage workload.
