**Responsibilities**:

- Support maintenance team in daily maintenance operations
- Perform daily/ weekly/ monthly planned electrical/ aircond/ lift and facilities maintenance
- Maintain all electrical equipment for the entire buildings
- Tidy up and update building & electrical equipment electrical drawings
- Perform in-house wiring & electrical repair and aircond servicing job
- Assist electrical vendors as per assigned by the management
- Support security department as a back up to manage fire safety equipment
- Part of Safety & Health Committee and Campus Emergency Response Team (ERT)
- Support in maintaining buildings fire alarm system & equipment
- Support event and venue arrangement & rearrangement based on booking
- Support all electrical breakdowns during any breakdown or major servicing hours
- Support Operations, academic & marketing event whenever required by the management
- Maintain & repair non-electrical facilities in campus ie pipes, tiles, furniture and fittings
- Support admin in all preventive maintenance report and in vendor related documentation
- Any other related job assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- PW4 Certified Electrician or equivalence registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Posses own transport & driving license (GDL is an advantage)
- Physically fit and preferred age 25 - 30
- 3 - 5 years of experience in managing building wiring and electrical system for high rise building
- 3 - 5 years of experience in plumbing works
- Preferred to have experience in handling Audio Video system
- Having experience in maintain and servicing Air Cond system
- Having experience in tiles repair will be an advantage
- Proficient in using AutoCad for electrical drawings
- Computer literate to use Microsoft Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams)
- Able to support operations during odd hours breakdown
- Able to support company event at external location (if any)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu & English
