Assistant Sales

Responsible to assist Property Marketing & Customer Service Manager to achieve Sales Revenue and other sales target.
- Responsible to assist the sales process and proactively identify business opportunities and closing deals.
- Continually assist in guiding the sales team and exceeding sales targets.
- To monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Responsible to assist in planning and implementing sales plans, promotion and new projects.
- Responsible to manage Business Executive with new or existing customers.
- To lead the Sales Team and follow-up on the sales team daily activities.
- To provide training and give full support to the sales team on any sales related matters.
- Responsible to communicate with the sales team to ensure sales productivity on a daily basis.
- Responsible to work within the team to analyze new leads and opportunities.
- Responsible to ensure all sales closed process are completed within the time frame.
- To proactively monitor and communicate with customers loan documentation effectively.
- Responsible to do product demonstration and presentation for all company projects in good manner and professionalism.
- To assist in conducting market research and provide reports.
- To organize, oversee, update and to fully participate in all sales activities, exhibitions, launching, gathering, promotion, and sales event organized by the management.
- Responsible to arrange and call customer to set date of appointment for SPA & LA agreement when required and attend the appointment.
- To initiate and assess customer requirements.
- To assist monitoring Business Executives daily sales activities and maintain relationship with sales team and to ensure collaboration in sales activities.
- To do visitation to customers for sales & marketing purposes.
- To maintain customer records and provide monthly reports.
- To lead as a Guardian to the sales team assigned under your charge.
- To assist in closing sales for all company projects with good & thorough follow-up until the sales process is completed by keeping track on all sales closed and follow through with sales agents on providing complete loan documents to the company.
- To provide sales report and customer records.
- To work together and give full support to Sales Team and operation admin.
- To provide administration support to all departments or projects as required.
- To do tele-marketing and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- To act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- To assist the PMCSM in Property Marketing & Customer Service operation (including customer’s complaint, project handover key, defect appointment & repair, SA training, customer service, making SPA/LA appointment, liaison and telephony, refund & LAD).
- To collaborate with the PMCSM in the planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all Sales & Marketing functions. This will include but not limited to manpower, equipment and material planning while ensuring within approved budget.
- To provide feedback to the PMCSM after each visit or event and propose solution/improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
- To recruit new Sales Agents for Sales Team under your charge.
- To perform all other scope of works and/or responsibilities which can vary, from time to time, as instructed by the Management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
