Title: SAP Payroll Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients to understand their business requirements
- Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions
- Design solutions that meets clients' need and secure their buy-in
- Develop, test and ensure client adoption of delivered solution
- Identify risks/issues, escalate and provide counter measures to mitigate impact to project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration with other modules/systems.
- Perform assigned duty and ensure deliverables/responses are provided in a timely and professional manner
- Coach/lead junior consultants

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant SAP HCM project experience in Payroll
- At least 4 full cycle SAP HCM implementation project experience
- Strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
- Familiar with project methodology and tools
- Team player in a culturally diversified environment
- Willing to learn/cross train to keep abreast of technology trends
- Able to work independently and escalate when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- SAP HCM Project: 8 years (required)
- Full cycle SAP HCM Implementation: 8 years (required)
