**Job Summary**:
As a Guest Service Assisant (Waiter/ Waitress), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. From warmly welcoming them upon arrival to ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable moments. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations when requested.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests' tables, maintaining a high level of presentation and accuracy.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Upsell additional menu items, specials, or promotions to enhance the dining experience.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and assisting with cleaning duties as needed.

**Requirement**:

- Previous experience as a guest service assistant or server in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and delivering.
- Knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food handling and safety certification is a plus.
