Invoice Processing Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Check accuracy of invoices
- Process invoices
- Implementing invoicing procedures
- Filing and update documents
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assign
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Computer-literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) & Accounting software (**Autocount**)
- Working experience in the related field (**Account Payable**) is an added advantage.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills and resourceful and willing to learn
- Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Good positive working attitude and responsible
- Immediate vacancy
