**HEADQUARTERS (BANGI)**

**ADMIN OFFICER (PURCHASE)**
- Develop and execute product sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplier for best pricing while maintain the highest level of quality, reliability and services.
- Craft negotiation strategies to close deals with optimal terms.
- Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all product arrive in good condition
- Process purchase orders, delivery order monthly purchasing procurement report and invoices
- Seek and partner with reliable suppliers & Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Develop supplier database and establish annual purchasing contracts for lower value, high value items.

**Job requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Malay is required.
- Willing to learn and able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Applicant must be **willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.**
- Familiarity with retail products sourcing and vendor management.
- A knack for negotiation and networking.
