We are a branding agency in Bandar Baru Bangi looking for an Admin & Account Executive to join our growing team.

**Job Description**:
Admin & Account Executive
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (flexi hours)
Work at the office in Seksyen 7, Bandar Baru Bangi

Job scope:

- Maintain proper transaction/payment voucher records
- Prepare quotation and invoice
- Maintain proper documentation and filing records
- Keep track of clients and vendors for project deliverables
- Assist in project management duties and data entries
- Assist and support day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative duties

Requirement:

- Minimum diploma in accounting/ business administration
- Open to other applicants with a degree from other fields (training on the accounting system will be provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Attention to details
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in tender submission will be a plus
