- To handle office admin & accounts.
- To coordinate and prepare monthly management reports with timely.
- To manage monthly invoices, bank transactions, aging report, bank reconciliation & cashbook flow.
- To handle day to day administration duties include claims, leave record filling.
- To handle utilities billing, service request, monthly maintenance.
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents.
**Requirements**:
- Required Skill(s): Word, Excel, MILLION Accounting System,.
