**Position: Account Admin**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage financial records, invoices & payments
- Ensure compliance with tax laws & financial regulations
- Monitor cash flow and company budgets
- Communicate with customers & suppliers regarding payments
- Prepare monthly & annual financial reports
- Use accounting software to maintain accurate financial data
- Handle outstanding accounts and debt collection
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Check for discrepancies and errors in accounts and resolve them.
- Processing invoices and making timely payments to vendors.
- Issuing invoices to customers and ensuring prompt collections.
- Managing employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Managing cash reserves and working capital.
**Tender Preparation**:
- Preparing and drafting tender documents (Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), or Invitation to Tender (ITT)).
- Ensuring the tender documents include clear specifications, scope of work, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria.
- Reviewing and evaluating submitted tenders based on pre-established criteria (price, quality, delivery time, etc.).
- Identifying and selecting the most suitable suppliers or contractors based on evaluation results.
- Negotiating with suppliers to clarify terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with selected suppliers or contractors.
- Ensuring that contractual terms align with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in finance/accounting
- Proficient in accounting software
- Detail-oriented, efficient & team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
