Ensures that Store Opens 10 minutes prior to scheduled opening times and closes 10 minutes after scheduled closing times - when working these shifts

Participates in various promotional activities of the store including working at off-site events as detailed by Store Manager/Area Manager/ Operations Manager

2.

Understand and Maintain critical Operational Procedure Guide (OPG) standards

2.1.

Achieves full completion of training by using the company Boost E-Network: BEN system for online training and communication, Operational Procedure Guide (OPG) for in-store skills learning, training, and development

2.2.

Understands the Station Guides for each work area and adheres to prescribed standards

2.3.

Always uses procedures as detailed in the Station Operating Procedure (SOP) guide to make products

2.4.

Performs all tasks using correct procedures as detailed in Station Guides/Operations Manual/approved checklists

2.5.

Only uses the best raw ingredients and reports any problems to the Team Leader / Assist Store Manager / Store Manager

2.6.

Ensures stock levels and quantities of prepared ingredients (e.g., fruits / vegetables) are sufficient for the shift and raises any irresolvable issues to the Team Leader/Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager

2.7.

Strives to deliver the best product within the critical wait time as per Station Guides

2.8. Maintains excellent food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in line with Operations Manual and legislation

2.9. Takes every opportunity to improve store operations and OPG Standards

3. Works as a Member of the Team

3.1. Actively seeks opportunities to work as a Team

3.2. Acts in a professional manner at all times 3.3. Encourages the “Boost Vibe” and a fun atmosphere with all Team Members while maintaining work standards, efficiency and effectiveness

3.4. Is open and honest in all dealings with Team Members, Head Office Employees, Managers, customers and suppliers

4. Safety & Security

4.1. Maintains a healthy & safe working and shopping environment at all times

4.2. Reports any possible or actual problems to Team Leader / Assist Store Manager / Store Manager

4.3. Maintains and adheres to all security procedures and policies

4.4. Adheres to Cash Control Policy and is responsible for contents of cash drawer (if assigned) during shift

4.5. Ensures the store cash float is counted and documented accurately at the beginning and end of the shift on the Cash Summary Sheets in the store

4.6. Maintains accurate administrative paperwork when assigned by Team Leader / Assist Store Manager / Store Manager / Operations Manager as part of shift responsibilities

4.7. Abide by HACCP procedures

5. Other duties as assigned

5.1. Performs other duties (within skill and training) as assigned by Team Leader / Assist Store Manager / Store Manager including store room runs and stock takes

5.2. Ensures all daily administrative documents have been completed by the end of the shift before handover or closing shift end

5.3. Ensures all assigned duties have been completed before leaving the store or passing the shift to the next Shift Lead. If there are some duties that are unable to be completed on that shift, responsible for informing the next Shift Lead before finishing the shift.
