**Responsibilities**:
**- Develop and implement weekly content plans for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Facebook.**

**- Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content at outlets, during events, and behind-the-scenes activities.**

**- Draft compelling copy and produce engaging short-form content in alignment with the brand’s tone of voice.**

**- Schedule, publish, and monitor daily posts across all social media platforms.**

**- Respond to audience messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.**

**- Identify, engage, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers (KOLs), including briefing, content review, and performance tracking.**

**- Prepare monthly reports on content performance, engagement metrics, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.**

**- Support marketing initiatives with real-time content coverage during events, campaigns, or launches.**

**- Liaise with internal teams to identify content opportunities and ensure alignment with overall brand campaigns.**

**Job Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in social media management, digital content creation, or influencer marketing.
- Proficient in using platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Facebook for business purposes.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong copywriting skills and a creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Prior experience in managing KOL/influencer partnerships is required.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and Malaysian digital culture.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on-site and participate in live content creation as needed.
