**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Senior Human Resources Executive in HR related matter.
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the Company.
- To attend to all company’s properties, building maintenance, office tools including computers, specialized software’s, photocopiers, fax machines, and printers, laptops, phones.
- Maintaining the record of Company properties such as mobile phone, laptop and etc
- Prepare the new name card for manager level and setting an access card for new staff.
- Monitor, replenish pantry item and office stationery upon request and control stock of staff uniform.
- Check the validity of employee attendance Check-in and Check-out for Employees
- Responsible for Petrol Card registration and verify the mileage and medical claim transaction summary by monthly basis.
- Responsible for the Company’s Fire Extinguisher renewal with the registered vendor.
- Attend to calls and general inquiries and take, disseminate messages.
- Monitor company vehicles maintenance and responsible for the Puspakom, Insurance and Roadtax renewal process.
- Involved in staff welfare activities, company CSR, Annual Dinner, Sport Club - Badminton, Futsal, Bowling and etc.
- Assist in project preparation of the project tender (if any), - provide the necessary licensing documents.
- Sort incoming mail, courier deliveries for distribution.
- Received the project item deliveries with proper standard procedure and record in the receiving logbook.
- Monitor, coordinate the dispatch movement and record the dispatch movement on daily basis and record in the dispatch logbook.
- To do arrangement such as internal transportation, hotel and flight booking/bus ticket for all employees upon request.
- To monitor the company hostel from time to time and assist on the maintenance arrangements for the hostel.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia (speaking and writing)
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in human resources / admin / receptionist/ account or any related background.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
