**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in maintaining and repairing appliances and electrical systems across our properties. This position ensures timely, efficient, and quality repair services to maintain operational standards and tenant satisfaction. The technician will also support preventive maintenance programs and contribute to creating a safe and efficient environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1)**Appliance and Electrical Repair**

Diagnose and repair household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners) and electrical systems (e.g., wiring, circuit breakers, fixtures).

**2) Preventive Maintenance**

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of appliances and electrical systems to identify and resolve potential issues.

**3) Installation Support**

Provide support and ensure proper Install new appliances and electrical fixtures, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.

**4)**Emergency Troubleshooting**

Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues to minimize disruptions and ensure tenant safety.

**5) Inventory Management**

Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and equipment required for repairs, ensuring availability for efficient operations.

**6) Documentation and Reporting**

Record maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs accurately and provide timely updates to the Maintenance Manager.

**7) Compliance and Safety**

Ensure all repair and maintenance activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**Qualification**s:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Electrical certification (e.g., PW1/PW2/PW3) from the Energy Commission (preferred).
- Certification in appliance repair or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair and electrical maintenance.
- Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing appliances efficiently.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and installations.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in appliances.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work in varied environments, including confined spaces or heights.
