**Job Position Overview**:
The job requires you to:

- Aggregate data from diverse sources, meticulously cleaning and preprocessing to ensure high quality, including deduplication, normalization, and error correction.
- E-commerce Performance Analytics
- Analyze key e-commerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and customer behavior, to inform strategic decisions and optimize online business performance.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of CRM data quality, ensuring accurate segmentation, data completeness, and effective tracking of customer interactions and behaviors.
- Act as the communication hub between Performance Marketing and MarTech teams, ensuring seamless information exchange and alignment on data-driven strategies and results.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive reports and dashboards that track key marketing metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and refine marketing automation workflows, utilizing data insights to drive segmentation, targeting, and personalization, enhancing campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing automation initiatives, using data to identify optimization opportunities and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to ensure that marketing automation tools are effectively integrated with other systems, enhancing data flow and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and interpret data trends, delivering clear, concise, and actionable insights in presentations and reports to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.
- Establish and iterate on the reporting framework to ensure relevance and alignment with evolving business objectives and market conditions, enabling timely and informed decision-making.
- Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to discuss data findings, share insights, and coordinate on the implementation of strategic initiatives based on data analysis.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, encouraging the use of data insights in all aspects of marketing planning and execution across teams.
- Utilize CRM data to perform detailed customer segmentation and behavior analysis, identifying patterns that inform personalized marketing approaches and customer journey optimization.
- Develop and implement metrics and KPIs within the CRM to monitor customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and overall CRM performance, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize insights from product performance and market trends to guide inventory management, marketing campaigns, and website optimization, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and enhance the e-commerce strategy, focusing on user experience, pricing, product assortment, and promotional activities to drive growth and market differentiation.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover actionable insights, trends, and performance metrics, utilizing statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to translate data insights into strategic actions, informing campaign adjustments, audience targeting strategies, and budget allocations to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

**Job Requirement**

We are looking for someone who is:

- Bachelor's degree in Information System, Software Engineering. Or with 2 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing, MarOps, or BizOps support.
- Proven track record of building systems and processes that support marketing, sales, and service teams is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
- Proficiency in Programming languages: CSS, HTML, Javascript, and SQL is a very strong advantage.
- Adept at quickly mastering new tools and technologies within the evolving MarTech landscape. Demonstrating a keen ability to adapt swiftly.
- Prior experience with CRM, CMS, MarTech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, WordPress, etc.)
- Familiarity or exposure with marketing data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Supermetrics, etc) is a plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
