- Masters/Bachelors' Degree from a reputable institution. MBA is preferable, but not essential.
- 2-5 years of prior experience in market research.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive nature.
- Strong skill set in market estimation and modelling (knowledge in regression modelling will be highly valued).
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including good presentation skills. Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
- Good understanding and experience in research and due diligence projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Fulfilment: Lead project fulfilment and manage projects to ensure client expectations are met. Responsible for delivering projects on time with a high degree of quality.
- Client Interaction: Constant interaction with analysts and clients during projects. Guide internal analysts in the research process. Participate and lead all client interaction including progress updates, etc.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Accountable for data collection, analysis, and report writing for research projects across diverse industries in SEA.
- Research Methodologies: Collect a wide range of research data from various secondary sources (online and offline) and primary interviews with industry stakeholders and ecosystem participants.
- Problem-Solving: Overcome roadblocks in data gathering by identifying alternative sources and approaches for the data required during each research project. Guide analysts to overcome roadblocks.
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data collected.
- Report Writing: Prepare succinct report/presentation for research projects.
- Sales Support: Actively support senior team members in business development activities as well as proposal development or modules thereof, as required.
