**Working Day/ Hour / Location**
- Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
- Sungai Petani, Kedah

**Job Scope**
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for potential improvement in existing manufacturing processes through data analysis, process mapping, and value stream mapping.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and visual management to streamline production flow and reduce waste.
- Plan, organize, and lead cross-functional teams in the execution of continuous improvement projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to track performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Develop and document standardized work procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and sustainability of improvements.
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement holistic improvements across the value stream.
- Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques; ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams.

- The Production Assistant Manager will assist the Head of Production in managing the Production Department.
- The role will focus more on pharmaceutical solid manufacturing processes.
- The Production Department has two sections: Solid Manufacturing and Galenical Manufacturing.
- **Annual Leave**: 18days

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
